Drone Delivery Operations Manager at Jingdong (JD Logistics), based in Saudi Arabia. This role leads and executes innovative drone delivery projects in the Saudi market for a technology and logistics leader.

Role Purpose
Lead the establishment and execution of drone delivery operations in Saudi Arabia, including market analysis, regulatory navigation, product localization, and end-to-end deployment planning.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Regulatory Analysis
- Research and analyze the business environment for drone delivery in the Saudi market.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of hardware and software product requirements.
- Monitor and track Saudi civil aviation policies and regulations.
- Manage operational license applications.
Product Development & Collaboration
- Collaborate with domestic teams to assist in defining detailed product requirements for hardware and software.
- Contribute to the development of overseas product solutions.
- Participate in managing the development progress of overseas product solutions.
Operations & Deployment
- Work with operations teams to design end-to-end solutions, including operational workflows.
- Implement localized deployment strategies.
- Adjust plans as needed and track delivery timelines to ensure on-time completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years in drone operations, logistics management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in overseas drone operations and establishing flight routes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly in the Middle East.
