Key Responsibilities

Equipment Inspection & Maintenance

• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working order.
• Track scheduled maintenance of equipment and notify your Supervisor if maintenance is past due.
• Complete minor repair work as needed.

Operations & Site Work

• Drive or control heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site.
• Create level surfaces and grade slopes to specifications using plans and/or a surveyor as guidance.
• Remove material and thoroughly fill voids as directed.
• Monitor performance and adjust settings as required to perform tasks correctly.

Documentation & Cleanliness

• Fill out performance records to report problems with equipment and track where and when it was used.
• Clean equipment after use and dispose of any collected scraps or waste.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of operating various models of construction machinery.
• Valid UAE Heavy Machinery License.
