Role Overview

Driver at Rentokil Initial. This role provides transportation services for staff, requiring reliable vehicle operation, maintenance, and route optimization.

Role Purpose

Safely and reliably transport staff to and from accommodation, maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards, and optimize routes to ensure efficient, timely journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Routing

• Drive staff daily to and from staff accommodation.
• Use navigation apps to determine the best route.
• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance & Care

• Maintain the vehicle safe and clean.
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Saudi Driving License.
• Saudi National.
• Proven experience as a Driver.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with GPS devices.
• A polite and professional disposition.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour).

Additional Information

• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
