Company Overview

Inter Emirates Motors, a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding, is the authorized partner of MG, a British motor brand with a global presence since the 1920s. The company operates six showrooms and five service centres across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Al Ain, with nearly 100 after-sales representatives dedicated to customer service.

Role Purpose

To support MG Head Office operations by safely transporting staff and vehicles, delivering important documents, assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, and completing other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Logistics

• Deliver important documents, office mail, and other materials directly to designated recipients.
• Perform daily errands involving the collection and delivery of office documents, records, and priority items.
• Pick up and drop off showroom staff as instructed by the General Manager.
• Collect vehicles for servicing or repairs and return them once work is completed.

Vehicle Maintenance & Support

• Assist with basic vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, water or coolant, batteries, and tyres.
• Keep vehicle windows clean and assist in maintaining vehicles in good condition.
• Support basic automotive maintenance and repair activities when required.
• Identify maintenance requirements.

Administrative & Regulatory

• Complete new vehicle registration procedures at the traffic department when required.

Compliance & Operations

• Follow company procedures, traffic regulations, and safety requirements at all times.
• Assist with additional duties outside usual responsibilities when operational needs arise.
• Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• High School qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a corporate office, automotive dealership, or showroom environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Safe driving and vehicle handling.
• Knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and identify maintenance requirements.
• Ability to handle documents and complete delivery-related tasks accurately.
• Familiarity with vehicle registration procedures is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.

Additional Information

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
