Driver at Ali & Sons Holding LLC, supporting the XPENG Service business across the UAE.

Company Overview

Ali & Sons Holding LLC works with globally recognised automotive brands as the sole distribution agent in the UAE. The company operates high-tech showrooms and provides world-leading after-sales support and comprehensive customer guidance.

Role Purpose

To support the XPENG Service business through safe and timely vehicle delivery and collection, transportation of staff, document handling, vehicle registration, payment collection, and other service-related activities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Delivery and Collection

• Deliver and collect vehicles for servicing, repairs, and customer handovers.

Staff Transportation

• Safely transport service staff as instructed by the Manager in Charge.

Document and Payment Handling

• Pick up and deliver office documents, important papers, and other materials to designated recipients.
• Handle payments and take full responsibility for all amounts collected, ensuring proper handover and documentation.

Vehicle Registration

• Complete vehicle registration procedures at traffic departments in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE emirates.

Vehicle Maintenance and Support

• Assist with basic vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, coolant, battery, tyres, and window cleaning.
• Support basic vehicle maintenance activities as required.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and presentable condition.

Customer Support

• Assist the service team by conducting test drives with customers when required.
• Develop a basic understanding of XPENG vehicle specifications and features.

Compliance

• Follow traffic laws, company procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Service and Aftersales Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• High School qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive dealerships, service centres, or vehicle delivery operations is an advantage.
• Experience handling vehicle registration, document delivery, and payment collection is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Safe driving and vehicle handling.
• Knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to complete vehicle registration procedures across different emirates.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Ability to handle documents, payments, and vehicle handover procedures accurately.

Additional Information

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
