Driver for Service Team

Role Overview

Driver for Service Team at Al Shirawi Group, Kuwait.

Role Purpose

Transport service technicians, tools, and equipment safely to customer sites across Kuwait while maintaining vehicle standards and documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Delivery

• Transport service technicians, tools, and equipment to customer sites across Kuwait.
• Follow assigned routes and adjust for traffic or road closures as needed.
• Safely drive company vehicles (vans/pickup trucks) following all traffic laws.

Vehicle & Equipment Management

• Assist technicians with loading and unloading equipment, parts, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and schedule routine maintenance (oil changes, tire pressure, fuel).
• Ensure all required documents (registration, insurance, and driver's license) are valid and in the vehicle at all times.

Reporting & Documentation

• Keep daily log of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery/pickup times.
• Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately to supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in the same field.
• Valid Kuwait Transferable Visa and Kuwait Driving License.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait roads, areas, and traffic regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills with clients and team.
• Ability to speak basic Arabic and English (for reading addresses, delivery notes).
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools (up to 20 kg).
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude.
