Role Purpose

Provide safe, professional, and reliable transportation for team members, guests, management, and company personnel in a remote resort environment while maintaining vehicles to the highest safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Passenger Service

• Safely transport team members, guests, management, and company personnel as assigned.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers according to scheduled timings.
• Assist with staff transportation, airport transfers, city trips, and other operational requirements.
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests and team members at all times.

Vehicle Operations & Maintenance

• Operate company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with UAE traffic regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle-related activities.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in a remote resort environment and accommodate operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
• Experience working in a remote location is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious approach.

Additional Information

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.
