Role Purpose

Support, maintain, and secure the IT infrastructure of the card personalization facility, including servers, network, data center, workstations, and production systems, ensuring high availability and full compliance with PCI Card Production security requirements and Payment Scheme rules.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Support & Maintenance

• Provide first- and second-level support for servers, network devices, workstations, printers, and production systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers running Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Maintain virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems.
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and VLANs.
• Maintain segmentation between the card production network and the corporate network.
• Support data center operations including environmental monitoring, cabling, and access logs.

Security & Compliance

• Apply security patches and updates within defined SLAs and maintain system hardening standards.
• Run vulnerability scans and review findings.
• Follow up on mitigation according to remediation SLA.
• Monitor systems, logs, and alerts.
• Escalate and document security incidents immediately.
• Support internal and external audits for PCI, Payment Schemes, and ISO by providing evidence and closing findings.

Access & Asset Management

• Manage user accounts and access rights through Active Directory.
• Maintain asset inventory, network diagrams, and configuration documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware, warranty, and support.

Data Protection & Continuity

• Maintain backups and test restore procedures regularly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Experience in a PCI, banking, or secure manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing), and firewalls.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of PCI CP or ISO 27001 requirements.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with backup solutions and monitoring tools.
• Vulnerability management and patching experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Good English and Arabic communication skills.
• Integrity and security awareness.
• Teamwork capability.

Additional Information

• Certifications preferred: CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+.
