Dispatcher

Role Overview

Dispatcher at Al Tayer Group in Dubai, UAE. Support the dispatch team in dispatch activities in accordance with the delivery plan, enabling the company to meet its commercial and site objectives.

Role Purpose

Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure finished materials reach sites on time and in proper condition, enabling site workmen to meet installation schedules and contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Coordination

• Assist the dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan.
• Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by Dispatch Supervisor.

Material Preparation and Organization

• Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner.
• Check and arrange proper packing of finished products.
• Ensure transportation of materials to site without any damage.

Returns and Record Management

• Receive returned materials from site.
• Verify returned materials against delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate records of all returned materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Senior Secondary School education.
• 2–3 years of experience.
