Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive institutional strategy aligned with university goals and market opportunities
• Establish strategic priorities and roadmaps for organizational growth and development
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives

Institutional Performance

• Monitor and evaluate institutional performance metrics and key performance indicators
• Implement performance improvement programs across academic and administrative functions
• Deliver regular performance reports and analysis to leadership and governance bodies
• Identify performance gaps and recommend remedial actions

Emerging Technology

• Evaluate and recommend adoption of emerging technologies to enhance institutional capabilities
• Oversee technology integration initiatives across the university
• Lead digital transformation efforts aligned with strategic priorities

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate collaboration across departments and divisions to align on strategic objectives
• Communicate strategy and performance outcomes to faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
• Partner with internal and external constituencies to support institutional goals
