Role Purpose

Oversee the financial planning and analysis function to shape financial planning strategies, ensure ambitious growth targets are met, and deliver operational excellence. Work closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide critical financial insights that drive decision-making and support the overall strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including the development of annual budgets, strategic forecasts, and financial models.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide insights to senior management regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Stay informed on financial regulations, economic trends, and industry developments that may impact financial planning.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Create and enhance comprehensive reporting frameworks to track financial performance metrics across the organization.
• Prepare detailed financial presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall strategic objectives.
• Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CFA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within large-scale projects or real estate development.
• Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing financial planning processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in finance-related software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
