Role Overview

DHA Aesthetic General Practitioner with Functional & Longevity Commission Only at Ontime Healthcare. This is a commission-only position offering flexible full-time, part-time, or on-call arrangements.

Role Purpose

Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments and preventive health services while building an independent patient base with the support of the clinic's marketing and operational team. The role combines aesthetic medicine with functional and longevity services for entrepreneurial physicians seeking autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultations & Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' aesthetic and wellness goals.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage long-term treatment plans.

Aesthetic Procedures

• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures within the scope of DHA-approved clinical privileges.
• Administer Botox injections.
• Apply dermal fillers.
• Deliver skin boosters.
• Perform PRP treatments for face and hair.
• Conduct mesotherapy procedures.
• Perform chemical peels.
• Deliver microneedling treatments.
• Perform thread lifting if privileged.
• Perform laser procedures if privileged.
• Deliver hair restoration treatments if privileged.

Functional & Longevity Medicine

• Provide Functional and Longevity Medicine consultations, including lifestyle optimization and preventive healthcare recommendations.
• Interpret laboratory investigations and formulate personalized wellness plans.
• Conduct preventive health assessments.
• Deliver lifestyle and wellness consultations.
• Manage weight management programs.
• Provide nutritional guidance.
• Administer vitamin and IV therapy.
• Optimize hormone levels within DHA-approved scope.
• Develop healthy aging and longevity programs.
• Formulate personalized wellness treatment plans.
• Educate patients on nutrition, supplementation, weight management, hormone optimization within DHA regulations, and healthy lifestyle modifications.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control standards, and clinic policies.

Business Development & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing team by participating in educational content, campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Contribute to achieving clinic revenue and patient satisfaction goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
• Functional and/or Longevity Medicine certification or relevant experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work independently and build a loyal patient base.
