Role Purpose

To manage structural and civil engineering design activities and support the successful design and delivery of major development projects within a growing developer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Design Management & Coordination

• Manage structural and civil engineering consultants and design deliverables.
• Coordinate interfaces between buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and public realm elements.
• Coordinate engineering inputs across multidisciplinary project teams.

Technical Review & Compliance

• Review engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Support technical decision-making throughout design development.

Performance & Programme Management

• Monitor consultant performance and programme commitments.
• Participate in design reviews, risk workshops, and value engineering exercises.

Construction & Tender Support

• Assist with tender reviews and construction support activities when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, or hospitality developments.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, infrastructure integration, and design coordination.
