Role Overview

Dentist GP at Nahdi, providing comprehensive dental care and patient education to maintain oral health and hygiene.

Role Purpose

Diagnose and treat dental issues, perform clinical procedures, and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens and understand their dental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Planning

• Assess dental patients and document findings.
• Design and execute the patient's dental care plan.
• Order and review results of patients' investigations.

Patient Education & Communication

• Educate patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
• Educate patients on dental hygiene.

Treatment & Procedures

• Prescribe medications for patients.
• Perform dental procedures as outlined in dental privileging.
• Clean teeth, correct bite issues, and perform surgeries and extractions.

General

• Accept additional duties assigned by manager based on business need.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in dentistry from a recognized medical school.
• 2 years of clinical experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Office and Health Information Systems.
• English fluent speaking and writing.
• Arabic fluent speaking and writing.

Additional Information

• Work Environment: 100% indoors.
• Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day off.
• Working Hours: 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.
