Role Purpose

Safely transport goods to customers' homes and businesses while maintaining timely and accurate deliveries, managing assigned routes efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Deliver items safely to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions.
• Perform basic vehicle checks including fuel, tires, and lights.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and confirming delivery details.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, delivery confirmations, and any issues encountered.
• Report any maintenance issues or accidents to management.

Problem Solving

• Handle unexpected issues such as traffic delays in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid bike license with a clean driving record.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong time management ability to meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams.
• Problem-solving ability to handle unexpected issues professionally.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: AED 2,700 per month
• Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day, 6 days a week
• Company provides vehicle
