Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

• Provide overall academic leadership and direction for the School of Business.
• Oversee curriculum development and ensure academic quality and relevance.
• Support faculty recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.

Strategic Planning & Governance

• Develop and implement the school's strategic plan aligned with university goals.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the School of Business to university leadership and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for school-level academic and operational matters.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage the school's budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify funding opportunities and support resource development initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure fiscal responsibility.

Student Success

• Champion student learning outcomes and academic achievement.
• Support student recruitment, retention, and graduation initiatives.
• Foster engagement between students and industry partners.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Collaborate with other schools and departments across the university.
• Engage with alumni, employers, and professional organizations.

Accreditation & Quality Assurance

• Lead accreditation efforts and maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular program reviews and assessment activities.
• Implement improvements based on assessment findings.
