Dean of IT at Burjline Builders. This role provides strategic and academic leadership for the College of Information Technology.

Role Purpose

Lead the College of Information Technology by overseeing academic programs, faculty performance, research, accreditation, and student success. Ensure continuous development and quality of IT programs in alignment with the University's strategic objectives and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and manage the College of IT and its academic programs.
• Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
• Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.

Faculty & Staffing

• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, and professional development.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.

Research & Industry Collaboration

• Promote research, innovation, and collaboration with the technology industry.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage the College's budget and academic resources.

External Engagement

• Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
