Role Purpose

Develop analytical frameworks and data-driven insights to support business strategy, monitor operational performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive implementation of data applications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Framework

• Develop data models, KPI frameworks, and analytical approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Cover key areas including service quality, user operations, and operational efficiency.

Business Monitoring and Analysis

• Establish business monitoring and early-warning mechanisms.
• Track key KPIs and identify anomalies and potential risks.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Business Insights and Strategic Support

• Unlock value from data based on business and industry trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and business issues.
• Provide actionable recommendations and drive implementation.

Support Key Business Projects

• Provide data and analytical support for key business projects.
• Track project outcomes and resolve business issues.
• Support achievement of business objectives.

Drive Data Applications

• Translate business needs into data product requirements.
• Drive development of dashboards and business intelligence tools.
• Improve data accessibility and decision-making efficiency.
