Role Overview

Customer Marketing & Product Marketing Knowledge Intern at Lucidya.

Role Purpose

Support clear communication between Customer Experience, Product Management, Marketing, and customers by organizing product knowledge, customer feedback, and customer-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities

Communication & Content

• Draft and update customer communications through Intercom, email, in-app messaging, and help-center content.
• Support product marketing materials such as product updates, FAQs, release notes, and customer education content.

Knowledge & Insights

• Help align CX and Product Management teams by organizing customer feedback, product questions, and feature requests.
• Identify recurring customer questions and knowledge gaps, and recommend ways to improve communication and product adoption.
• Maintain shared knowledge resources and provide concise summaries of customer insights to internal teams.
