CRM Dynamics Consultant - KSA - On-site - 4 Months

Role Overview

CRM Dynamics Consultant position with Robusta at their KSA location. This is a four-month on-site engagement focused on implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a real-estate leasing platform.

Role Purpose

Configure, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support an end-to-end real-estate leasing workflow, enabling seamless data flow between a portal application and the CRM, automating leasing-team processes, and providing operational visibility through reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and business process flows to support the complete leasing journey: inquiry (RIF/TIF) capture, unit listing sync, offer/negotiation status, indicative terms, and lease sign-off.
• Model and maintain the account hierarchy needed for sub-accounts (MHR-03, MUT-16/17) and company profiles (MUT-31) within Dynamics.

Integration & Data Synchronization

• Build and maintain the integration layer in coordination with the API Developer that pushes and pulls data between the Portal and Dynamics, including unit availability, agent assignment, inquiry routing, booking confirmations, and lease-status transitions (Prospect → Offer → Signed → Active → Renewal/Termination).
• Integrate Dynamics with external web and portal applications via REST APIs or Azure integration services.

Automation & Workflows

• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs within Dynamics to automate leasing-team notifications and approval steps, including move-in request approvals, addendum requests, and operational date changes.
• Support renewal and termination workflows by ensuring Dynamics reflects and triggers portal-side renewal notifications (SRR/SRT) and termination/settlement records (FCR/FCT).

Reporting & Analytics

• Build reporting and dashboards in Dynamics or Power BI for the leasing and community-management teams to track inquiries, conversions, and portal-driven activity.

Security & Compliance

• Manage security roles, field-level permissions, and data-privacy configuration within Dynamics for portal-originated records.

Data Management & Testing

• Participate in data-mapping and, if scoped as a change request, data-migration exercises between legacy systems and Dynamics.
• Support UAT for all CRM-dependent features and provide production support during hypercare.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales / Customer Engagement) development and configuration experience.
• Solid understanding of the real-estate and leasing domain, or comparable long-sales-cycle CRM use case including inquiry, offer, contract, renewal, and termination workflows.
• Microsoft certification (MB-210, MB-220, or PL-400) is preferred but not required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of the Dynamics customization toolkit: plugins (C#), custom workflows, Power Automate, Dataverse, and the Dynamics Web API / Common Data Service.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external web and portal applications via REST APIs or Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Experience with Power BI or Dynamics native reporting for operational dashboards.
• Familiarity with the Dynamics security model, including business units, roles, and field security.
• Knowledge of data-privacy considerations for resident and tenant personal data.
• Working knowledge of e-signature and document-generation integrations within Dynamics (for example, DocuSign for Dynamics) is a plus.

Success Criteria

• CRM-dependent leasing features (JCR-06, JCT-06/10–13) and lease-status transitions across both portals are correctly synced and demonstrable end-to-end.
• Leasing and community-management teams can operate their day-to-day workflow from Dynamics with no manual re-entry of portal-originated data.
• Reporting and dashboards provide the client with visibility into portal-driven leasing activity.
