Role Overview

Cosmetologist / Brow Master at MIRA Construction. The role is based on-site with the beauty team, focusing on specialized eyebrow services, facial waxing, and face massage treatments for clientele.

Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional beauty services with emphasis on eyebrow shaping and design, facial waxing, and therapeutic face massage while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, client care, and professional presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Brow Services

• Perform professional eyebrow shaping, brow design, and brow grooming services.

Waxing Services

• Provide facial waxing services, including upper lip, chin, cheeks, forehead, and full-face waxing.

Treatment Delivery

• Deliver relaxing and professional face massage treatments.

Client Consultation & Education

• Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services.
• Educate clients on aftercare and skincare recommendations.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas.

Client & Operations Management

• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage appointments efficiently and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brow Master, Beautician, or Cosmetologist.
• Experience performing face massage treatments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong skills in eyebrow shaping and facial waxing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
