Role Overview

Coordinator – Fresh Graduate position at SGS in Saudi Arabia. This role supports inspection and coordination operations within the world's leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company.

Role Purpose

To facilitate effective coordination between clients, management, and inspection engineers while managing project documentation, scheduling, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth project delivery and timely stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate effectively between clients, management, and inspection engineers to ensure smooth communication and project workflow.
  • Act as a liaison to address queries and support resolving work-related coordination matters.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve administrative and coordination issues.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Manage the preparation, printing, and documentation of inspection reports and certificates issued by engineers.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.

Scheduling & Meeting Support

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes for project coordination.

Task & Timeline Management

  • Monitor submissions timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Compliance & Audits

  • Support compliance audits by organizing and providing required documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in administrative roles or document control, preferably in inspection and engineering.
  • Preferred experience in IDI program.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • This role is only open for Saudi nationals.
