Role Purpose

Manage the legal aspects of real estate transactions and ensure a smooth conveyancing process for clients by preparing documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with all stakeholders to facilitate property transfers.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation and Legal Review

• Prepare and review legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and other contracts related to real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property transactions and related legal matters.

Due Diligence and Compliance

• Conduct legal due diligence to identify any potential risks or legal issues related to property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal obligations throughout the conveyancing process.
• Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for property transactions.
• Facilitate the transfer of property ownership, including managing the transfer of funds, coordinating with banks and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
• UAE driving license.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Arabic speaking is a significant advantage.
