Contracts Manager

Role Overview

Contracts Manager at JASARA PMC. This strategic role oversees the entire contract management process, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and contract terms support organizational operational goals.

Role Purpose

Negotiate, draft, and manage all project contracts with a keen focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute directly to the successful delivery of JASARA's projects through expert contract oversight and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Negotiation & Drafting

• Negotiate all project contracts.
• Draft project contracts aligned with organizational objectives.

Contract Review & Analysis

• Review and analyze contracts with expertise in contract law.
• Prepare reports on contract status and performance.
• Provide guidance to project managers on contractual matters.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Monitor contract performance against agreed terms.
• Resolve contractual disputes.
• Uphold high ethical standards in contract management.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, particularly within the construction or engineering sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
