Role Overview

Content Moderation Advisor at Concentrix, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Ensure published online content is categorized appropriately and free from illegal materials in accordance with client requirements and Concentrix company strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Review

• Evaluate published online content for compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Review images, videos, accounts, and text content according to policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements, handling sensitive or explicit material daily.
• Review reported accounts containing sensitive content and confirm absence of policy violations.

Quality & Performance

• Maintain a high level of quality in every case handled.
• Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including productivity within daily workflow.

Escalation & Reporting

• Escalate any violations of client policies using internal tools as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Zero to two years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any relevant discipline, if available.

Skills & Competencies

• English language proficiency from basic to intermediate level.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
