Role Purpose

Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment, working closely with clients to master their challenges and deliver innovation across consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Development

• Develop market strategies and business models tailored to client needs.
• Accompany clients in post-merger situations.
• Optimize organizational structures.
• Support performance improvement programs.

Project Delivery

• Work closely with the project manager for one or more project modules.
• Directly interact with clients and guide module teams showing innovation at all levels.
• Finalize and present deliverables to the client.
• Present results to clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Retain excellent working relationships with current clients to ensure project scope is met.
• Bring steady and constant quality in all outputs.
• Serve as a key pillar in the organization and important interface to clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Science, Business, or Finance from a global top university or business school.
• 3 or more years of experience in consulting, ideally with top tier strategy firms.
• Middle East experience preferred but not necessary.

Skills & Competencies

• Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in quantitative analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
