Role Overview
Construction Supervisor position with NMDC Group for the Hail & Ghasha project. Nine positions are open.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight
- Supervise construction activities and execution on-site.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Quality & Safety Management
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Maintain site safety protocols and incident reporting.
Team & Workforce Management
- Lead and coordinate construction workforce and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources and assign daily work tasks.
Reporting & Documentation
- Report project status and issues to senior management.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Additional Information
- Contract is for project 2642 (Hail & Ghasha project).
- Nine Construction Supervisor positions available.
