Construction Manager

Role Overview

Construction Manager at HanmiGlobal Saudi. The role oversees and coordinates all construction activities on-site, ensuring delivery of projects safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.

Role Purpose

Lead site teams and manage contractors while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Deliver projects on schedule and within budget through effective planning, coordination, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Site Management

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations on site.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved efficiently.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare regular status reports.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain quality standards in all phases of construction execution.
• Review project drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise.

Financial Management

• Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing contractors and complex project timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
