Construction Manager

Role Overview

Construction Manager at Retal in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial construction projects throughout the country, managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Purpose

Lead construction project delivery across multiple sites, directing teams and stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Operations

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor quality assurance, conduct inspections, and address deficiencies promptly

Planning & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple work sites

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project momentum
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders

Team Leadership

• Manage team performance, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of site staff

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in the Middle East region
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and Saudi Vision 2030 standards

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
