Role Purpose
Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities for residential building and hotel projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Organization
- Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for residential building and hotel contracts.
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Site Operations & Supervision
- Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
- Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
Stakeholder & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.
Cost & Resource Management
- Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven experience managing building projects in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
