Role Overview

Construction Manager – Offshore Topside Project with KBR, based initially in the Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi, with relocation to the Offshore Site Location on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation cycle.

Role Purpose

Lead and manage construction activities for a major offshore topside development, ensuring project execution aligns with PMC standards, client requirements, and industry best practices while delivering world-class construction excellence on a mega offshore EPC/PMC project.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Management

• Lead and manage construction activities across all project phases for a major offshore development.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure project execution aligns with PMC standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 20+ years overall experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in oil and gas industry.
• Previous experience working in offshore projects — EPC or PMC required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore projects, preferably with modular/fabrication experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in similar position for international oil and gas projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

Additional Information

• Rotation cycle: 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off.
• Initial role location: Contractors Office, Abu Dhabi; transitioning to offshore site location.
