Role Purpose
To drive successful construction delivery across infrastructure and mixed-use development sites by overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating contractors and consultants, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring project performance aligns with delivery schedules and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Oversight & Coordination
- Oversee daily construction activities across infrastructure and mixed-use development sites.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project delivery schedules.
- Support stakeholder coordination for large-scale residential and community infrastructure works.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction execution.
- Maintain solid understanding of HSE compliance and contractor performance management.
Performance & Reporting
- Track progress, budgets, and risks across construction delivery.
- Report updates to the Project Director.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of construction management experience, including work on large-scale residential infrastructure, mixed-use developments, roads and utilities, or broader community infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience with budget tracking, cost control, and quality assurance across construction delivery.
- Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary stakeholder teams.
- Experience with risk management is a plus.
