Role Purpose

Centralize oversight of SOX compliance, internal audit activities, and internal control requirements to eliminate fragmented responsibilities, close control gaps, enhance audit readiness, and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

SOX Compliance & Control Oversight

• Lead SOX compliance activities and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Centralize monitoring of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Establish a robust, consistent compliance framework aligned with internal expectations.

Audit Coordination & Remediation

• Coordinate internal audit activities across the organization.
• Ensure timely remediation of audit findings.
• Support audit readiness and reduce compliance risks.
