Burjline Builders is hiring for a Community Supervisor position.

Role Purpose

To supervise and train staff while maintaining community safety through patrols, incident response, hazard identification, and enforcement of security and parking policies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Training

• Supervise and train staff members.

Patrols & Incident Response

• Conduct patrols.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare incident reports.
• Report suspicious activity.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Identify HSE risks and damages.

Operations

• Manage lost-property procedures.
• Enforce parking policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Background in community, security, or facilities management preferred.
