Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Positioning

• Lead communications strategy across the MENAT+ region.
• Demonstrate cultural fluency and strategic judgment in a dynamic, fast-moving market environment.
• Show up in ways that feel relevant to regional audiences and communities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with regional leadership and Spotify's global communications teams.
• Partner across consumer, corporate, policy, industry, executive, and internal communications functions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior individual contributor with proven track record in regional or international communications.
• Experience navigating culturally dynamic, fast-moving markets.

Skills & Competencies

• Cultural fluency and ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
• Strategic judgment combined with hands-on execution capability.
• Creative communication and storytelling.
