Role Purpose

Manage the complete product lifecycle from introduction through optimization, ensuring competitive pricing, cost efficiency, and alignment between commodity supply and customer demand while enhancing market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management

• Own full lifecycle management of products, including introduction of new products and handling of slow-moving items.
• Optimize product structure and price range to meet customers' one-stop purchasing and customized needs.

Market Research & Pricing Strategy

• Conduct market research and collect/analyze information on competing products.
• Formulate reasonable pricing strategies aligned with the company's gross profit margin targets.
• Regularly update product benchmarking and output a pricing list.
• Enhance the price competitiveness of goods.

Cost Optimization

• Monitor procurement costs and optimize costs through market research, supplier bidding, and other cost-reduction methods.

Sales & Promotional Activities

• Plan and execute mall activities, including special offers and promotions for products close to expiration dates.
• Update resource positions to increase the sales rate of products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth connection between commodity supply and sales.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective departmental coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
• More than 2 years of product operation experience in the TOB fresh food industry.
• Familiarity with fresh food product characteristics.

• Strong market insight and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong stress resistance and ability to handle complex and ever-changing business demands.
