Role Overview
Commissioning Supervisor at NMDC Group. The company is recruiting for 2 Instrument Supervisor and 2 Electrical Supervisor positions for barge mobilization on projects 2800 and 2035.

Role Purpose
Ensure that all commissioning tasks assigned are properly implemented in accordance with work standards, procedures, and project specifications while maintaining HSE compliance and delivering client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Scope & Planning
- Receive allocated duties and review Scope of Work to demonstrate clear understanding of requirements.
Execution & Coordination
- Review procedures and execute commissioning works according to project specifications and client satisfaction standards.
- Coordinate with the Commissioning Engineer while maintaining effective communication with colleagues.
- Ensure proper integration of activities across the team.
Supervision & Control
- Exercise excellent control and efficient utilization of subordinates in assigned tasks.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Deliver good progress reporting and identify unforeseen problems at early project stages.
- Recommend necessary corrective actions.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain familiarity with subsystem compilation of test records and relevant project drawings.
- Comply with HSE Standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
