Role Purpose

To support the culinary team in delivering thoughtful, personal, and memorable dining experiences by preparing meals with exceptional presentation and flavor while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workspace management. Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

• Make every meal visually appealing and delicious for guests.
• Deliver dishes that meet high standards of presentation and flavor.

Workspace Management

• Take ownership of your workstation, keeping supplies, equipment, and waste organized and controlled.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness standards that meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws.

Kitchen Support

• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Take on ad-hoc duties as a committed team player.

Qualifications & Experience

• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol; must be above the minimum age required in the jurisdiction.
• Fluency in the local language.
• Good grasp of reading, writing, and basic mathematics.

Skills & Competencies

• Passion for presentation and dedication to flavor.
• Physical strength to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling movements.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Warm, welcoming communication; easy to talk to.
