Role Purpose

To bring passion, precision, and creativity to the pastry kitchen, assisting in the preparation and presentation of luxurious, innovative pastry creations while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and consistency to contribute to unforgettable dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Pastry & Dessert Creation

• Craft pastry, dessert, and baked items with passion, precision, and creativity.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of luxurious, innovative pastry creations that reflect the brand's elegance and artistry.
• Support the Pastry Chef and team in developing menus, seasonal delicacies, and show-stopping dessert presentations.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and consistency in the pastry kitchen.

Guest Experience

• Contribute to unforgettable dining experiences for guests by adding the finishing sweet touch to their journey.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma certification in Culinary Arts, with a focus on Pastry & Bakery, or similar certification.
• At least one year of experience as a Commis in a luxury hotel pastry kitchen, or an equivalent combination of education and culinary expertise.

Skills & Competencies

• Passion for pastry craftsmanship with an eye for detail and presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
• Ability to learn and perform in a high-performing culinary environment.
