Role Purpose
Support the Production Department in roasting, packing, and general food processing activities within a fast-paced coffee production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Roasting
- Assist with coffee roasting operations.
- Support production and packing activities.
- Perform general food-processing tasks.
Teamwork & Environment
- Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Collaborate with team members and follow discipline protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2β3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage, Coffee Roastery, Food Production, or similar company.
- Experience in production, packing, roasting, or general food-processing activities preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good teamwork ability.
- Willingness to learn.
- Discipline and reliability.
