Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional guest service by providing warm welcomes and friendly farewells to all arriving and departing guests, serving as a guide, ambassador and source of hotel information while managing lobby traffic and assisting guests.

Guest Service

• Ensure all arriving and departing guests receive a warm welcome and friendly goodbye.
• Serve as a guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel.
• Assist guests and control lobby traffic.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma.
• Passionate about hospitality.
• Positive learning attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Good level of English.
