Role Purpose

Lead talent acquisition across two distinctive luxury and lifestyle brands, managing the recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding. Build strong talent pipelines, support pre-opening requirements, and partner with leaders to attract exceptional talent aligned with business priorities and brand culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Leadership

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across both properties.
• Manage recruitment across operational, supervisory, management, specialist, and leadership levels.
• Support high-volume and pre-opening recruitment activities.

Talent Pipeline & Planning

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure manpower plans and hiring milestones are achieved on time for Kimpton Sevn Dubai's pre-opening.

Candidate Management

• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Skilled in sourcing and interviewing.

Performance & Compliance

• Track recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with company standards, UAE labor legislation, and local employment requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted hiring manager partnerships.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across both properties.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years' Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Previous hotel pre-opening recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of the UAE talent market and employment legislation.
