Role Overview

Cluster Sales Manager at Hilton. This position is based across assigned Hilton properties within a cluster and is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Role Purpose

The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and business growth across assigned Hilton properties by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and other business partners. The role leads sales activities, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures achievement of revenue and business targets across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the cluster's revenue and business objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, leisure, MICE, government, and other relevant market segments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support the commercial strategy.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, rates, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while actively acquiring new accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and business development activities.

Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate sales activities across assigned Hilton properties and ensure consistent commercial efforts.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, forecasts, and reports in relevant systems.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports and updates to management.
  • Support the Cluster Commercial team in achieving overall business and revenue goals.

Compliance & Brand Standards

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with Hilton standards, policies, and brand requirements.

Events & Networking

  • Participate in sales trips, trade shows, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Saudi National – mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience within the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in a branded or international hotel environment.
  • Experience in managing corporate accounts, key accounts, MICE, travel trade, or other hotel-related market segments.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market and hotel sales practices.
  • Proven ability to develop business relationships and generate new revenue opportunities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/commercial systems.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
