Role Overview

Close Protection Officer for a prominent Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) and their family in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time position with White Spot Facilities Management.

Role Purpose

Provide discreet and professional close protection to a UHNWI principal and their family while coordinating security and fleet operations across local and international locations.

Key Responsibilities

Close Protection & Vigilance

• Provide discreet and vigilant close protection to the principal and family.
• Escort the principal and family during daily activities, travel, school runs, shopping and other engagements.
• Travel internationally with the principal as required.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness and professional presentation.

Security Operations & Risk Management

• Conduct advance work and detailed risk assessments before the principal's arrival at destinations.
• Identify potential security risks and implement appropriate preventative measures.
• Coordinate security personnel and fleet operations in Dubai and during international travel.

Team Leadership & Training

• Coordinate and supervise the existing security team.
• Train and mentor security personnel to maintain high professional standards.

Logistics & Administrative Support

• Assist with travel logistics, luggage and other reasonable support requirements.
• Support with occasional errands and administrative or logistical tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Military or equivalent high-level security or protection background.
• Proven experience in close protection for UHNWIs, VIPs or prominent individuals.
• Experience coordinating security teams and fleet operations.
• Experience conducting advance work and security risk assessments.
• Age 32–40 years.

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.

Additional Information

Passport & Travel

• EU, UK or US passport holder required.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally with the principal.
• Local and international travel required.

Desirable Qualifications

• Martial arts or self-defence training.
• Defensive driving experience.
• International security experience.
• Previous experience working within a private household or UHNW environment.
• Experience training or managing security personnel.
