Clinical Provider (Sharjah)

Role Overview

Clinical Provider position at Intellect HQ, based in Sharjah. This is a freelance remote role delivering mental health support through the Intellect telehealth platform.

Role Purpose

Support clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 60-minute video sessions, delivering evidence-based mental health coaching and clinical care tailored to individual needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients.
• Focus on clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.

Collaboration & Improvement

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active International Coaching Federation Certification OR Master's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours.
• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours post graduation.
• Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is prioritized.

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Proficient in English and local language.
