Role Overview
Clinical Provider position with Intellect HQ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Deliver onsite mental health counselling and psychotherapy services to employees of local clients.

Role Purpose
Provide direct mental health support through individual counselling sessions, group workshops, and peer support facilitation to promote mental health awareness, resilience, and employee well-being across client organizations in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Provide onsite and in-person mental health counselling for employees of Intellect's local clients in Saudi Arabia.
- Facilitate one-on-one sessions on various mental health topics including resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources.
- Conduct sessions lasting up to 50 minutes.
Group and Workshop Programming
- Lead group sessions on coping strategies for managing stress and challenging information.
- Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience.
- Moderate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussions.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Share monthly reports on utilisation and participation.
- Conduct one-hour check-ins with the internal Intellect team once per month during regular working hours (10 AM β 6 PM Singapore Time).
- Collaboratively work with Intellect's internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.
Scheduling and Operations
- Report to the client's office for morning, evening, or overnight shifts as dependent on the client's request.
- Accept rotated shifts depending on provided availability.
- Receive notification of shift changes at least 30 days in advance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Counselling.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience (excluding experience completed during Master's degree).
- Minimum 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding hours completed during Master's degree).
- Experience with Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors, or Somatic Experiencing (SE).
- Valid clinical license or eligibility for licensure in practicing country.
Skills & Competencies
- Trauma-informed therapeutic practice.
- Group facilitation and workshop delivery.
- Mental health assessment and counselling across diverse topics.
- Clinical supervision experience and openness to receiving supervision once every 2 months.
Additional Information
- Work Arrangement: Contract role; contract ends after 2 years.
- Availability: Must be available for in-person sessions 5 days per week; must be open to evening sessions (9 PM β 6 AM) with time slot approval by clients.
- Annual Leave: 20 days.
- Sick Leave: 14 days, unless local statutory regulations provide more.
- Birthday Leave: 1 day.
- Emergency Leave: 5 days.
- Maternity and Paternity Leave: Follows local regulations.
