Clinical Provider (Oman)

Role Overview

Clinical Provider role at Intellect HQ, based in Oman. This is a freelance remote position supporting mental health and personal growth through telehealth delivery on the Intellect platform.

Role Purpose

Deliver mental health support and coaching to clients through scheduled 60-minute video sessions, addressing clinical cases and individual mental health goals while contributing to broader access to mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Delivery

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth mental health support for Intellect's clients.
• Provide onsite mental health support when required.
• Focus on clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.

Collaboration & Improvement

• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 clinical hours post-Master's degree.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling working adults, or coaching in managerial roles is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Fluent in English and local language communication.
• Open to working onsite if necessary is preferred.
