Clinical Provider (Bahrain)

Role Overview

Clinical Provider (Bahrain) with Intellect HQ. This is a freelance remote role supporting mental health and personal growth through telehealth delivery.

Role Purpose

Support clients' mental health and personal growth based on individual needs and goals, primarily delivered through scheduled 60-minute video sessions on the Intellect telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients.
• Focus on clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.

Collaboration & Improvement

• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• At least 300 clinical hours post-Master's degree.
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite if necessary is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent communication in English and local language.
