Clinical Provider (Abu Dhabi)

Role Overview

Clinical Provider (Abu Dhabi) at Intellect HQ. This is a freelance remote role supporting mental health and personal growth for clients through the Intellect telehealth platform.

Role Purpose

Support clients' mental health and personal growth based on individual needs and goals, delivered primarily through scheduled 60-minute video sessions on the Intellect telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Delivery

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients.
• Focus on clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.

Platform & Program Collaboration

• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hold an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Possess at least 200 coaching hours if ICF Certified.
• Possess at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation if a Counsellor or Clinical Psychologist.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is prioritized.

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Proficient in English and local language.
