Role Overview
Client Relationship Management Analyst at Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk advisory operating within the Employee Health & Benefits business.

Role Purpose
To strengthen client satisfaction and retention through excellent service support and data-driven insights by partnering closely with relationship leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met efficiently, proactively, and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Coordinate timely resolution of client concerns.
- Ensure a strong client experience throughout all interactions.
Client Insights & Analysis
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and insights.
- Identify improvement opportunities from data analysis.
Reporting
- Prepare periodic reporting on client satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic reporting on account performance.
- Prepare periodic reporting on relationship health for leaders and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Align solutions and service delivery with client needs across departments.
Process Improvement
- Recommend enhancements to relationship management practices.
- Support implementation of operational efficiency improvements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to support planning and continuous improvement.
CRM Documentation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Document feedback and action items in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2β5 years' experience in client relationship management, customer service, or an analytical client-facing role.
- Experience in Employee Health & Benefits strongly preferred.
- Bahraini nationality required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
